Madeline starts off with a four part breathing exercise. She demonstrates how to do bear squats, which work the legs. Madeline utilizes a towel which she uses to do overhead squats. Madeline includes the use of a chair and a gallon bottle of water to show how to do a row which works the back. For the shoulders, she does military presses using her body weight.
